CONTENT PAGE

My content page, like my cover page, used vibrant colors in it and gave it a really beautiful, bright and attractive look. Many of the inspirations for content pages that I took from the internet, used a background color maybe because to look appropriately attractive for a cosmetic or a beauty magazine but my content page's background remained white. Here is a dissection:

The title:

The word "contents" was used as the title and was set up in a dark purplish shade which is one of the bright colors that could denote the youth, or the beauty. I also put a straight purple line underneath it to seperate it from the rest of the content.

Specifications:

The most  important thing to start my content page was with setting up borders, margins and columns. I did not divide my page into columns since I had another design in mind and that proved unequal dimensions for my content as well as my pictures so column  lines could not be used. However I did place margins and also set up the width and height of the page.

Pictures:

The next step was to add either pictures or the contents themselves so I chose to add some pictures first and then adjust my contents accordingly. I could put more than two or three pictures unlike some content pages I saw, because my contents were few. This is how  I set up the pictures.

 Contents:

My contents were barely six and i could easily fit them in a limited space since most of the space was taken up by my pictures. The contents were in a Share Bold-Itali font, the same as of the title 'contents' and the taglines or the intros were in an arial font, not too much.

FInal Touches:

My final touches only included adding page numbers to the sides of the contents and titles, and adding page numbers to the pictures I put to refer them to the suitable article.
I used a purple PlayTime font for the page numbers on the side of the contents and an enlarged yellow SF ToonTime Blo font for the ones on my pictures. Here is a look of both.

This is how it finally looked like.....!
