Mass Media refers for the technology that allows communication to reach a larger audience.By selecting an appropriate media text or technology for our magazine,this will help encourage the success of a specific company.I need to be aware of the different ways in which audience consume media text and be able to relate to my own practice as a consumer.My magazine is a self-published magazine which means that I had to focus on the work with the finance available for advertisement and distribution etc.I planned to distribute my magazine to different salons,make-up shops,stationary shops or cosmetics section of a grocery store.This will increase the value of my magazine as well.I'll set an affordable price between 200-250 so that audience can easily buy and read through it.
